Are We a Happy Bunny Today? Why You Need To Be.

Is it easy to wake up every day feeling energetic, fabulous and happy to be alive? Possibly, it’s likely easier for some and harder for others.

Most people especially those shocked out of sleep by an alarm clock or a child would probably be in the latter. Those spending their days doing what they love and rising whenever they naturally feel inclined to are probably part of the former.

But moving circumstances aside for a moment, we all have a choice don’t we? We can choose to start the day grumpy, annoyed and unhappy or we can make the effort. We can decide we have had some rest and sleep and are therefore given the joy of another day. We can be grateful of the weather whatever it may be and we can appreciate that we have a whole other day to explore, develop and express who we are.

It does and will take work, it will take everlasting persistence, and it is highly probably that you might not feel like it and that some days you just can’t be bothered. But let’s forget about that for the moment; let’s live in this moment in the present tense.

Let’s muster up all of our efforts and smile, feel gratitude and step forth in to our day greeting it as we would want it to greet us.

We might not be able to stretch our powers over other people and the weather but we can fully exert them over ourselves. We can lead by example and we can be the way if we choose to be.

Today, find reasons to be happy, go out and look for them. Are you having something to eat and drink? Are you spending time with family or friends? Are you doing something that you want to be doing? Or just taking care of things that need your attention? Either way these are a few reasons to start you off. Remember we have but one chance in this life (as far as is proven) regardless of your age, your location, your past and your current circumstances. You are in control and you can make both simple and complex choices to live your life with true happiness, meaning and fulfillment..
